Protection for You and Your Investment
Members of the New Brunswick Roofing Contractors Association (or "NBRCA") are, by default,
members of the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (or "CRCA"). NBRCA members are
therefore bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the CRCA 2 Year Standard Form of Warranty,
copies of which are available for preview and purchase via the documents page.
An overview of the Warranty and it's terms is as follows:
The Company shall cause to be repaired at no expense to the owner, actual
deficiencies which are the result of a failure to substantially comply with the
approved plans, specifications and changes thereto, which have occurred on or
before the second anniversary date of the effective date of this
warranty.
The roofing application, the subject of this warranty, has been
performed in substantial compliance with approved plans, specifications and
changes thereto.
This Warranty shall remain in place and in effect for a
period of two years subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter
stated.
This Warranty does not warrant any materials or the design of the
roof specified by the Owner, its architect or contractor or otherwise.
